A free, public scoreboard for Reddit visibility

Top10Reddit scans any brand's presence on Reddit and turns it into a single number plus the detail behind it: the subreddits where your category is discussed, the live conversations worth joining, the audience those communities reach, and which competitors are being named instead of you.

We built it because Reddit became one of the most-cited sources in AI search. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews lean heavily on Reddit threads when someone asks which tool to buy. If your brand is missing from those threads, it is missing from the answer.

Methodology

The Reddit visibility score runs from 0 to 100. It combines mention volume on a logarithmic curve, engagement weighting from the upvotes and comments on those threads, and the subscriber reach of the subreddits involved. A brand with no tracked mentions always scores zero, and the curve is monotonic, so more genuine conversation never lowers a score.

Mentions are collected from public Reddit search across the communities matched to a brand's category, deduplicated by thread, and stored with their upvote and comment counts at scan time. Competitor presence is measured the same way, so the comparison on each brand page is like for like. Pages can be re-scanned at any time from the buttons on the brand page.
